Every Oakland Outdoors product is handcrafted in our Essex workshop to your exact specification. Unlike mass-produced products, our gates and bespoke timber items are individually manufactured with care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the product, season and current workshop schedule.
Manufacturing Lead Times
As all of our products are made to order, manufacturing lead times will vary throughout the year.
Once your order has been placed, we’ll keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process and provide an estimated delivery date.
if you require your order for a specific project or installation date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver throughout mainland UK using trusted delivery partners and specialist transport where required.
Larger products such as driveway gates and bespoke timber items are carefully packaged and transported to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders over £750.
Local Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their order directly from our workshop in Essex by prior arrangement.
We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and arrange a convenient collection time.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If you notice any damage or believe items are missing, please notify both the driver (where possible) and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Installation
Through our landscaping division, we also offer professional installation throughout Essex and the surrounding areas.
Customers outside our installation area are welcome to purchase products for self-installation or arrange installation through their preferred contractor.
If you have any questions regarding installation, our team will be happy to offer guidance before you order.
